It seems the leadership of the company needs to be addressed before any change can happen. It is a mess. Neither the new director group I was working with nor our vendors trust Scott so it makes progress difficult.

The website is a matter of Scott not paying the bill. He doesn't appear able to raise any money so the company has no cash.

I can get money but raising money so Scott just steals it again doesn't make a lot of sense.

There is a shareholder group working to rectify the problem. Have you contacted them?
