(1) lamberth : perry appeal with discovery material now in hand of judges in appeals court. should likely be a win, don’t know why won’t it be..

(2) class action perry : breach of contract , fiduciary duty. Strong arguments. filed this week.

(3) fairholme: claims court: motion to compel. i think she will grant it partially. that would open flood gates.

(4) iowa : with discovery material now in hand, could be an easy win. anyone has timeline?


(5) hindes/jacobs : nws not allowed. looks strongest as does not even need discovery material. all technicalities and fastest.
