We ALL have the right to appeal... But not to the courts ... Instead to whatever tiny smidgen of decency remains in this BOD and management team...

BOD: I appeal to you. Stop paying out cash to any senior management. $0 of guaranteed comp.
if they decided to leave, well then they surely don't perceive much upside to the current share price -- so then why should we??

Use that cash to buy stock or issue a dividend or some kind of shareholder friendly action instead of continuing to penalize shareholders for their trust by paying out scarce cash to the same donkeys who got us to this awful point!
