those are simply baseless assertions you're making..next you'll say The Jeep Store doesn't even exist..what are you saying..'they had/have no intention of going public'..do you have a source for that? if not,how could you possibly know? I'm new to this stock so i haven't been burned the way others (like yourself?) have.I'm willing to accept that the Jeep store is a change in direction based on the failure of the mining endeavor(hey,maybe if gold goes back over $1800 an ounce Mr.Stead(?) will try again)..heck,if he turns a profit with the Jeep store he'd be in a much better position to go gold mining (or whatever mineral or oil he was looking for)

But i'm not going to get into argument's with you or shulaces (the 'hard core' nay sayer's)..i'll just wait untill the 10-K come's out..if you consider that to be "tra-la-la-laism" so be be it
