Yep and she will. I'm still amazed that bio/pharma is up today. I figured with the hearing and all that we would be tanking. Oh, that's right, it's Costanza town...
CNBC just made a statement that makes absolute sense. This circus show does push Congress closer into having them have to make a decision for good or ill. Either let free enterprise reign and let the chips (Shkreli et.al) fall where they may, or, regulate it and ruin innovation and capitalistic enterprise. Sadly, it appears to have to come down to that choice.
