Well thats certainly fair but 300K compared to the 1.15M we wouldve had is much better and the $250K in non dilutive funding almost eliminates that toxic debt. What is $50,000 when this news comes out lol. I have seen that on bad days in certain volatile pennies with news.

Upside potential trumps downside potential imo which is why I took a position at these levels.
