Tons of shares ready to be dumped - beware
VMGI has now closed-down its businesses, and now has only his latest new business model "opportunity" (new pump/dump, IMO).

Restricted shares issued early in 2015 are likely to be free-trading now.

Expect a pump/dump IMO from VMGI to try to absorb some of the share dumping, especially since VMGI is usually at no bid.
