reverse splits are a unique financial tool that not many companies are willing or able to use. The structure has improved dramatically as there is now 3.8 million shares versus 200 million+. What would you prefer?

What is my experience is that they raise money below market and if the stock improves as we are seeing now they are able to attract serious long term financing at market levels which is beneficial to shareholders and will enable them to graduate to the next level.
