Great News! Thanks for posting this JYD. I like that it's an 8-K, which means reported to the SEC. Many hear poo-pooed prior PRs for being Company humbug. So I guess no complaints from the Peanut Gallery now that they filed a formal 8-K? And by the way this 8-K PROVES they are a real functional business in SL and registered as such.
