You are correct. He has not been a good caretaker of investors' money.

For instance, that blue equipment which is wholly unsuited for gold ore processing. If he even owns it.

And that broken down excavator in Ghana. If he even owns it.

And the pile of rock he "chipped" off the hillside at the Keystone. Labor and equipment must have cost quite a bit. Not only is that rock very unlikely to be "ore", but ultimately ADEQ may inspect and require it to be sampled for environmental reasons, and then reclaimed or stabilized. As the landowner, Panos will likely be stuck with that bill.
