As you probably know, the APP is the primary permit for mining in Arizona. It is an expensive and lengthy process, even for a small mine. That's why so many small miners give up - the process was created with the big guys (Asarco, Freeport, etc.) in mind, but the little guys have to follow the same rules. There are no exceptions.

No scammer like Joel is going to pursue the process, beyond the token effort that he went through.

The bottom line is that any claims of mining or processing that Joel has made, are simply an admission of illegal actions on his part. No permits.

Permits aside, Joel has bigger problems to worry about right now....
