CIIX is fundamentally undervalued. The MDCL holding adds value above and beyond the existing market cap of $ 2.8 million.If you haircut the value of MDCL to 50 cents then in theory CIIX should be over 55 cents trading price. A one dollar valuation of MDCL doubles the market cap of CIIX.

Hard to guess where it should be but in any event it would be much higher if the markets factors in the MDCL holding....which it obviously hasnt yet
