My take in the latest release is that the Founder's program is still valid, just that instead of 10 commissionable ways to get paid that the program has simplified to 3 commissionable ways of commissions to simplify the program. I believe that what was mentioned is in addition to the Founder's program, not a replacement for it. You might send an email to the address they provided for clarification.
