Why did Aspire capital take the stock deal then? Ritter will sell them shares for $2 when Ritter says so, Aspire can not just get shares when they want (which means Aspire will not be able to short RTTR as a hedge and then convert shares when they WANT to cover. So it would seem ASPIRE has some inside scoop that tells them RTTR will be worth much more than $2 in the next couple of years. My dad recently traded this stock and made a nice profit on a quick flip when they announced the Aspire deal and it shot up over $2 and then he went to buy it again when it came back down but he could not, so I tried and found they same issue. I think the block may be protecting the broker or a market maker who has lent out shares they had not actually been available. RTTR is a good potential short squeeze biotech rally if they announce any material news in the near term.
