Since there are no assets, Estrella's hairbrained scheme to spin off TRKK and DRNE looks even more deviant today then it did back then. I think it is a travesty that he protected his buddies Phipps and Erdberg while throwing us shareholders under the bus. Shareholders should have at least received shares in TRKK and DRNE. But no, we're left with nothing but a shell. Estrella has to be the stupidest, most incompetent and most unethical idiot on the planet...

...next to Indy, of course.
