I am upset

To even think we have seen more of our good members die with the

company being unable to get license than companies they licensed.

How can this way be the best way? This way can take 20

years and more and more good shareholders going to their grave

still waiting on this crappy system to work.

Since when does it make sense for our technology be sold to a

company that doesn't pay us be a good system? If this is good

then I sure as heck don't want to see a bad one. Heck if IDCC

didn't want to be paid why do they sue? Who in the world said

its o.k. to manufacture and provide unlicensed chips to a

company to make tons and pay zip for 20 years.

The simple way is halt the selling of the product to a non

licensend company. Tell me what's wrong with this picture, let me

tell you all are making money but the inventor is spending money

out the wazoo hoping they get paid in maybe 20 years.

This everyone make money but me and I invented it is plain stupid.

Let no one have a chip and see who makes money till it is quickly

resolved. No more 20 year of the manufacture would want to

compete with the honest companies that are paying. Now if that is

to much to ask then why the heck do you own the stock and support

not getting paid and happy a chipmaker is aiding and abetting the

manufacture make money and them making money and you losing

money, If that makes sense to anyone here please explain how you

are better off. Remember no one should ever profit by stealing.

The using of unlicensed technology is stealing.

This way we don't as Loop would say we are constantly getting

out lawyered. Pretty simple if you don't use or need the

technology you wouldn't care. If you needed the technology to

compete you would either license or get to court immediately

but never get the technology till you won in court. Now why would

go to court if you wasn't using it or needing it to be

competitive. This something a third grader would understand, only

a fool would go to court to fight to have access to technology

don't use and if you go to court you in essence already admit you

need the technology. Is that hard to understand?
