But, that still doesn't explain why THE COMPANY doesn't reply.
If it's a legit company, it should be important to reply to potential customers. Right?
I own a couple small businesses and I know we'd get a pretty bad rep if we didn't answer our phone, call people back, or reply to e-mails.
I just called Title Kings again and got the voice mail, which claimed they were helping other customers and to leave a message. Maybe due to the time, they are closed. *shrug*
I submitted the form online again just now to "Get a Title Loan" -- so, we'll see.
