All 5 entities reported on the last statement of ownership own more than 50% and all of them, including Tonaquint, are related and/or controlled by John Fife which took the shares in exchange of money owed to them by DOMK.

Now, why is this Fife owning more than 50% of a corporation that some claim is either a scam or dead...? Who owns the other (app) 45% of DOMK..?
