New shares were replaced by restricted shares on Fidelity. Anybody have any idea why shares that I obtained on the open market would become restricted shares? Is this FINRA or SEC restricting our shares from trading? Somebody restricted my shares and I am betting everyone had their shares replaced by restricted shares today.
