To be honest with you I do not know what the "official" definition is of the phrase "first oil".

I am assuming it means the first time the well or field actually produces oil or gas which is sold to a customer to produce revenue in a "normal" production manner.

Further dilution of our equity position probably will not occur.

Just my opinion.
