You are incorrect, I have not sold a share, holding almost 2 million shares at a cost basis of about .06.

Sub penny daytraders are just playing their games, seen it many times. They will dump their shares and be gone as soon as the momentum they themselves create dies off.

At this point, I need concrete news in the form of PRs and SEC documents before I revise my statements about the company. I no longer want to hear about rumored deals and back of the envelope projections of billions in profit

Stocks don't drop from .60 to .0015 for no reason, the pattern greatly resembles a death spiral, and the convertible notes leading to more and more dilution are one of the root causes. A reverse split will only work if the company has actual prospects for mining and profits. So far there is no evidence they will reach that point, and communications from the company are dismal at best.

I'm trying to be a realist, not giving up, but something has to change. My fear is they will have to sell the properties for a pittance, and some other company will mine them in the future.
