I am a paid Advertiser with Yelp, for $575.00 payment per month they promised to help grow my companies revenues by placing my Paid Ad at spot number 1. On page 1 around 1005 times per month, here is where their business model is faulty (I no longer pay them any money and have had my paid Ad removed pet my request) consider this, my Ad goes the page 1 spot 1. Beautiful right? No way! The Ad only stays there for 3 seconds before it is placed back into what is termed " Natural search", I check 1 zip code in Rockville, MD 20850 after page 117 under search term "A/C Repair" I gave up looking any further. What is the likely hood that a consumer's air conditioning or heater breaks down within that 3 second window of opportunity. That means that once they decide to look on yelp for a repair company during that time element my Ad would need to be on spot 1, now the math of this ever happening is no different than one of us buying at the exact timing of the bottom of a stock and selling at the exact top. How often does this happen? It even gets worse, but my fingers are getting cramped typing on my smart phone so just take it from me so far, I have filed a compliant with BBB and Consumercompliants.Gov (recommended by the FTC). I am seeking a class action lawsuit with the same attorney who did the last class action lawsuit against Yelp in 2014. If there are ant other business owners here who would like to partake of this lawsuit just email me at "ezyy88@gmail.com"
