2.8 million shares x $4 per share equals $11.2 million

In other words...the ownership of MDCL is worth more then the entire company of CIIX which has a total market cap presently of about $2.5 million

Even if you haircut the price of MDCL to a $1 a share ...thats another 2.8 million in value on the CIIX balance sheet...which means the stock should be worth at least a double where it is now...
