My guess is that smoke and mirrors assets have gone to near zero in the upcoming year end financials

My belief is that this is a pump and dump scam. Poof, assets are gone. They sold the tea farm which had almost zero revenues. And the have a patented gas to liquid device that I believe they've tried to find investors but cannot. They have a claim to do mining that they've done no work on because it probably has zero value.

What a load of dung of course - in my opinion. You've got better odds at winning a lottery than getting out of this.
