Ben's dilution machine operates on news items. He releases the PR's to allow the dilution selling/conversions.....then the 8k announcements FOLLOW after close or the next day.....each and every time. It's like clockwork. This allows the noteholders to hit the Bid on those days to make their killing, since they've been given the shares much lower than .0001

If you don't believe me, look up the PR dates and you will find large volume days - then look up the 8k dates....always within a few days, so they obviously know when they're coming out.

It's a scam
