..In order to raise the Share Price,, it will be necessary to
make a 'REVERSE SPLIT',So that there will be a lesser number of
shares outstanding, valued at the same price in total, as they
were worth before the R/S.

Therefore there will NOT be any reason for the total shares outstanding to increase to over what are at present outstanding...

ONLY the Price per share will change, and that will be to a higher value.
