Tom Golisano is the only reason this company still exists. We should all be grateful. I know I am.
That said, since 2010 insiders have invested $91,067 in Torvec stock. The number of shares means nothing. Of the $91,067 Mr. Destler invested more than half, $50,000. So the rest of the board since 2010 has only invested $40,000.
Since June 28 2004, they have only invested $119,403. Of that Destler is half.
I get Kaplans contribution of time and expertise. If he hadn't come in we would be out of business. He is the reason TG put his millions in.
I also understand why Keith sold shares. His family has invested more than anyone. He has to feed his family. The companies life seems to hang on Tech Kaplan brought to the company. I have a hunch because of TG. He could have started his own company with the watch tech I assume.
My point is that insider trading is a pretty good indicator of where the company is going.
