It's Smartly worded alright, with some assist by Gordon I would think.. Reads more like a job application resume with all kinds of credentials and credits.
Only problem is none of it has produced BYSD shareholders any insight to future plans or meaningful ROI.
BYSD is supposed to be an oil company who acquires or works acquisitions for other oil companies in distress.. Since BYSD is one of those distressed companies, "action is required", or the the WTXR BOD http://westtexasresources.com/board.html appointment means nothing, except that Johnson gets paid an undisclosed salary for occupying a seat..
Impressive, when you look at all the locations where WTXR has oil leases, or claims. A lot of it in Montana and ND..
..I wonder if those interest's are anywhere near the "Sweet-Spot" around Williston ND. And if so, why WTXR

The last paragraph may be a hint towards a consolidated future effort. Whether it benefits WTXR, BYSD or both remains to be seen..

There you have it! ..A commitment to do something! by JD.. As I posted earlier, there will be a flood of BK's and Acquisitions in the news on a daily basis. Many of these will no doubt be smaller unknown oil company operations and service sector entities..
Like February last year, I would expect to see some big TECHNIS style news out of Gordon with this current oil crash cycle we are entering.. There will be plenty of prospects for BYSD and WTXR. Time for GJ, and JD Kerr, to clear a new path for BYSD shareholders... JMO of course, GLTA..
