WOW this is huge thanks for the post.

As many know, Scotus typically doesn't take cases it doesn't believe have issue.

It appears as though the pendulum may be swinging back to where it should be - property and patent rights MATTER.

It's too bad SCOTUS didn't think about this during VRNG's Writ (dif issue but same basis that invalidation is getting ridiculous).

This just added ALOT of risk to Bungie and Activision!
