There is a difference between "putting up" with a CEO and "putting confidence" in a CEO. Institutions put up with Culley knowing there is a 50/50 chance after all his past failures. Any other competent CEO would be looking at a $1.25 share price right now with money in bank and possible success. This guy can not even update a simple "blog," much less run a company.
