Seems to me whatever negotiating that was done when they put out that last farcical PR that all is when, fell apart and TCA probably said they simply want it all....Or it could simply be a matter of lack of trust. In any case its a good chance all the high risk money will never be returned...Especially after whatever money PYAH had they probably blew on getting all the records on file only to go dark again...that one is a big blood red flag...
