Falling Bid/Ask, TANKING NOW, LOL !!

And tanking on high volume. Not looking good?

Once them ole Form-4 buys vanished, the Bid just went free-fall again, and there's ZERO buying pressure or demand on the Ask, no longer being propped up with Form-4 buying. A new, big ole lawsuit I'd assume can't be helping things along either?

0.651 / 0.68 (1510 x 2500)

Loaded on the Ask/sell-side and dropping fast. Bid is thin now to the 50 cent range area.

It's trading split adjusted today then at .00068, SUB ONE CENT prior to the 1000 to 1 reverse split done recently. Wowza.

It's been a while since the dilution hedge boy toxic lenders (see any SEC filing, Asher, Magna, Daniel James, Fourth Man, etc) since they ran a major leg down, the last one (fairly recent) taking it to the new ALL, ALL, ALL TIME RECORD LOW of 25 cents (aka .00025 split adjusted for the recent, massive, 1000 to 1 R/S reverse split)

They'd have to also be getting very cash low again IMO. They had major money they owed end of 2015 (like a first $75K payment for the Brenda Leonhardt legal settlement per their own SEC filings)- and they then had to revise their earlier Manga note, looking like they only got $100K from it now, not $160K and then turned around and did the 2nd toxic Magna recent not for like $260K, of which they get maybe $250K at best.

So those monies will last how long, now that they just retained a couple of big law firms for this recent law suit against their little stem cell clinic biz thingy, where they're now being sued for product liability among numerous other allegations and charges? Gotta be expensive to defend that IMO. So I'd guess they must be getting close as usual to being CASH BROKE?

Broward County Case Number: CACE15021101
Elizabeth Noble Plaintiff vs. US Stem Cell, Inc, et al Defendant
Case Type: Products Liability
Filing Date: 11/30/2015 Court
Location: Central Courthouse
Case Status: Pending
Judge ID / Name: 04 Perlman, Sandra

With this price collapse this AM, the market cap has now again dipped below a lousy $1 MILLION bucks, HOLY COW !!

Not looking too good here IMO. Cash low, a big lawsuit and not a peep out of the company? The 10-K annual SEC filing will be do in about early March, that should be a doozy of a read as usual, LOL !!
