Re HRDN Suspension, the stock was illiquid prior to last October when there was heavy trading of +220 million shares spanning a week. Rather than spending resources to investigate the unusual trading activity the SEC suspended the stock for reporting delinquencies. A suspension places all responsibility and costs on the company to file all delinquent obligations, which we know is already too late to avoid stock registration revocation.
