Again, what would I be calling Dahl for ??? I have not asked any questions. I made a statement that a PR should have been provided with the 8K providing information to the investing public. Only ones paying attention would know of an 8K and since it says absolutely nothing beyond the raw facts of the amendment ..... you get crap like "massive dilution" ........ Management did not control the market's perception of the event. Period.

The only questions I asked were directed to you ..... What are your answers ? You know how much Dahl has been asking to raise for the last 6-9 months don't ya ?? And the outline of what that money would be put towards to get ZIVO/Wellmetris to commercial stage right ??

As I said previous I expect to see a couple things during the 1st quarter. Period.
