The good part of the news was released in the 8-K today . The offsetting bad news will be released when they file their Annual Report (10-K) later. Probably something to the effect that they gave Panasonic a warrant to purchase millions of shares at a discount to the Jan 6 closing market price (let's just say $1 for simplicity).

Panasonic is not going to agree to change the purchase agreement of the patent portfolio without getting something in return. That is why there is language in the PR stating that not everything has been fully disclosed.
