Well we agree, there's baggage, but also potential for a big spike even with the baggage. For all we know they could spike it up to .03 and then dilute. Or dilute now. Who knows. Potential for the huge run is there, they've kept the OS extremely low for almost a year.... Someone bought 2.2 million at .003 today maybe a big spike is brewing. 2.2m that's 6.4% of the current OS!!
