It seems like the SEC and the FBI know that they screwed up. FSPM may have had something shady going but IDK. The guys saw the name Sears and that he had a record and shut everything down before they had the evidence to prove something was going on. The rep for the U.S. Prosecutors office in Bolder is ignoring my emails. I am going to have to write the judges and/or probably get a freedom of information act request to find out what was the probable cause that was presented to the judge that led to the warrant that resulted in the raiding of the facilities at FSPM. I first contacted this guy from the prosecutors office in August 2014 and then let 6 months pass and then this past August and lastly as late as November and the last two times he didn't respond.

I still maintain just like I have said from the beginning, the feds have no case. This case and the halting of PH*T took place at the same time. That case was solved in weeks and involved people not even connected with that company - someone from outside of the company cased them to be halted. In the case of FSPM - NOTHING! NO CHARGES! NO ARREST! NOTHING! After has been 16 months - nothing. IF FSPM has been making deals and being profitable over this past year and a half, then the SEC is probably just trying to let them die on the vine to cover their mistake.

Every day that passes put the shareholders in a better position because if the FBI has to drop their case, then their is no reason for the SEC to continue to suspend the company. But we will have to wait and see.
