Here's a question for you since you have info to share. You mention the debt against the company. Why would the company not want to settle and at least recover SOME of the money owed? What is the goal of this person/company...is it just spite (in your opinion of course)..."if I can't have the full amount owed, I want to destroy you...don't care." Some insight into the thought process behind the creditor would help us understand possibly. Right now from where I'm sitting, it makes no sense other than to create maximum pain for little gain. Perhaps you have more factual insight you can share with the board. Happy New Year as well.
