Management did not "walk away", they were removed by the court, i.e. forced to resign. Their filings are seriously delinquent, the CEO and CFO were completely derelict.

Question, which comes first the BK cancelling the equity or the SEC revoking the registration? Either way, "Symbol Not Found" is in the making .
