They're importing drivers from any country they can find them in. Some don't even speak English very well.

It is rare that a Swift truck comes into our facility that doesn't have a trainer with a student. And that's not saying a lot, either, because their "trainers" were a student just 3 months prior. Lol.

None of them can back a trailer into a door, none of them can follow directions and are constantly going the wrong way in our one-way facility, even after being told, throwing their urine bottles out to the fence, even though we have restrooms, etc. Just typical nasty stuff that are the hallmark of the countless cheap trucking companies in the US.

I'm so sick of this company and wish GM would fire them from our facility.
