The "shell" is worth nothing. Even clean non-SEC reporting shells are worth far less than $100K. And since this is a formerly SEC reporting company, it is worth far less than that, as their chances of ever becoming SEC registered and reporting again are minimal. But add in the massive debt owed to former management and the current SEC investigation, the company is worthless.

Which is undoubtedly why it has been abandoned and revoked.
