File a complaint thru FINRA on your Broker. I did and received my shares within 15 days, and I had issues for 1.5 years dealing with the broker!!!! There is documentation already submitted through the SEC back in July stating how to handle the shares and how to handle fractional shares. There is no reason why you shouldn't have your shares if it is an issue with the broker. If its an issue with the company...you are on your own and good luck because they are a joke.
