The stock code might have changed. There are a number of codes assigned to stocks and when stocks that are not on the main lists change codes they don't necessarily update to all systems. Your broker probably needs to manually fix this so that you can trade online.

Has happened to me a couple of times. I got it fixed just by sending them an email.
