the Company’s subsidiary, Evergreen Systems Incorporated, issued 80,000 of ESI Common Stock to the CIO/CFO of one of the largest sports organizations in the world to join the ESI Board of Advisors after his investment into the Company. The following Warrants were granted in association with this offer: 160,000 shares of ESI Common Stock at a strike price of $.25 per share. Expiration May 4,2017.
