Todays SC 13 filing essentially gives the debt holders equity that will be the only surviving equity.

Looks like a pre-packaged BK PLAN that the BK Judge will be compelled to approve. Current retail equity will surely be cancelled because current equity would be burdensome to the PLAN being approved.
