Big paid email blast stock pump launched this AM suggesting 1433% gains possible if/when pot is legalized nationwide.
DAY TRADE ONLY. This company is as close to an empty shell as you can get. It wants to acquire land for growing pot but owns nothing now. All it has is $50K in cash against a $50K loan debt.. so it has basically nothing at all.
With 27,500,000 shares outstanding and a "bid" of $1.90 and an offer of $3 that suggests this company is "worth" $52,500,000. That is a total joke obviously. Will morons take the bait and buy stock at $3? Hard to imagine anyone other THAN a moron would but this is the pink sheets so.. who knows if there will be a pop or not. The only sure thing is that, if there is buying, there will be more than enough shares coming into the market from insiders to fill the orders and then some. IMO day trade at your own risk but don't buy to hold. That would be financial suicide. Better to give it so the Salvation Army than waste your money on this as an "investment."
