I did a quick Google search of the supposed address of the APWR company in England:
74 Redcliffe Way Woolmere Green, B60 6L, United Kingdom
Two separate "74 Redcliffe Way" exist in the UK, but not in conjunction with "Woolmere Green", which is in another part of the UK. The zip B60 6L does not lead anywhere either, as it is located in yet another part of the UK - if it is a proper zip code.
Seems like a random compilation of mail address. Perhaps Mr Lu threw darts at a map of England...
