Transfer agent(AST,as per "V's"sec filing) "V" hired didn't do the job (?) What the hell is going on?

transfer agent, American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC ("AST"), to act as its exchange agent for the reverse stock split


according to etrade AST was supposed to make notification to etrade...etrade say's they didn't as a result can't trade....(note on etrade this a.m. vrng was not listed as vrng but a number) seems to me etrade got the info otherwise they would not have known to remove "v" symbol & replace it with a number...little lost with this.....either Etrade or the transfer comp messed up...beginning to feel like that lock out period of time was intentional if the transfer (AST) agent delayed notification..."V's" is a house of lawyers they should do something re this
