They should have gone after Asian investors but company didn't have any expertise. Only Ravi Kiron on board has done it with past stints. But I think it is good news that they are going after Asian investors that will keep financial house in order. They still have lot of work to do and still lot of debt in the books that needs to be flushed out or refinanced.
