Just by taking the property back and sitting on it could boost this stock, because the market will be able to speculate on who might purchase the rights to WEM next.

Right now there is no ability to speculate over the deal with SFMI. Its dead money... It takes less than 1 minute for an investor to research SFMI and see how nothing is going to happen with WEM. In fact, being associated with the SFMI scam in any way weakens the sentiment towards GHDC.

The SFMI deal is counter productive on ALL levels. Its time for these guys to wake up and start thinking smarter.
